What equipment do I need?
A mat and enough floor space to lie down with your arms overhead. For reformer work we use the studio's.
How do virtual sessions work?
By video call, at the hour you booked, with the same eye on your form as in the room.
Where is the studio?
Ask when you book — the address and how to get there come with your confirmation.
Do you have packages or do I buy sessions one by one?
Both. A single session, or a pack of ten that you can mix between the studio, your home and online.
